Ieda is graduated in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná and holds a specialist title in International Contracts from the Pontifical University of São Paulo as well as a Masters degree in Private International Law from the University of Strasbourg in France. She has extensive experience in contractual and corporate law, understanding the day-to-day needs of the company.
Her experience focuses in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as advising clients on greenfield projects, purchase and sale of assets and investments, corporate restructuring, projects financing and commercial contracts, amongst others.
