Master in Tax Law from PUC-SP, graduated in Law from PUC-SP and in Economics from Universidade Mackenzie, author of the book “The Right to Tax Planning in the Federal Constitution (Editora Quartier Latin; 2022), Rubens works in the tax area with experience in tax and succession planning, in Brazil and abroad.

He has previous experience in the financial market, with certification as a financial planner (CFP – Certified Financial Planner), working for large financial institutions and third-party resource management companies.
