Rubens holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from PUC-SP, and dual undergraduate degrees in Law (PUC-SP) and Economics (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie). He is also the author of the book “O Direito ao Planejamento Tributário na Constituição Federal” (Quartier Latin, 2022).

At CSA, Rubens works in the tax practice, with experience in tax, wealth and estate planning, both in Brazil and internationally. He is currently leading projects related to the implementation of the Brazilian Tax Reform, particularly concerning taxes on income and wealth transfers.

He has previous experience in the financial market and holds the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) certification, having worked for major financial institutions and asset management firms.
