Felipe holds a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Santos and a specialization in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). He also earned an MBA in Tax Management from FIPECAFI.
He has extensive experience in tax law, with a focus on indirect taxation (ICMS, IPI, ISS, and PIS/COFINS), including operational restructurings, opportunity mapping, tax incentives, monetization of tax credits, tax aspects on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and greenfield projects. He is currently leading projects related to the implementation of the Brazilian Tax Reform, particularly regarding taxes levied on consumption (VAT).
