Ieda Queiroz leads the agribusiness practice at CSA, with a focus on contract and corporate law, advising companies, startups, and business families.

She holds a law degree from PUC/PR and a specialization in International Contracts from PUC/SP. She also pursued a master’s degree in Private International Law at the University of Strasbourg (France) and holds an MBA in Agribusiness from ESALQ/USP. With over 15 years of experience, Ieda has worked in both law firms and corporate legal departments.

As part of her work, she advises clients on strategic contract negotiations, greenfield projects, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, and governance matters. She also assists business families with estate planning and takes part in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions alongside Ricardo Chamon and Luiza Lyra.
