Luiza Lyra focuses her practice on both tax and corporate areas at CSA, with an emphasis on corporate restructuring, tax planning, and estate planning. She also co-leads the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice alongside Ricardo Chamon and Ieda Queiroz, covering due diligence processes, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and the analysis of impacts on the individual shareholders.

She holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (São Paulo) and a postgraduate degree in International Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT). She began her career at a Big Four audit firm and later worked at prominent law firms, which provided her with a strong background in both legal and accounting matters, as well as nearly 15 years of practical experience.

As part of her work, Luiza advises companies and startups, as well as individuals and business families. She is also active in the wealth planning area, supporting international structuring matters and transactions involving investment funds and distressed assets.
